Please read these terms and safety conditions. They govern all direct matches, search operations, and premium property boosters on the ApnaPG.in platform.
1. Agreement and Registration
By accessing or using ApnaPG.in, you agree to comply with these terms, standard rental guidelines, and federal safety ordinances. To access verified contact sheets, searchers and owners must sign up with verified dual-factor phone authentication. You are responsible for keeping passwords and account triggers strictly confidential.
2. Anti-Brokerage and listing integrity and validation
Users are strictly prohibited from posing as owners or verified operators while working under a commission-based brokerage model. All listings must represent real physical spaces available for occupancy, complete with accurate room sizes and rent sheets. Attempting to charge fees to tenants to connect them to landlords will lead to permanent IP and phone bans.
3. Tenant Responsibility and Safety
ApnaPG acts strictly as a direct-connection matching platform and does not manage, lease, own, or arbitrate on-site PG conditions directly without physical oncheck requests. Tenants are responsible for inspecting physical rooms, evaluating security covenants, managing lease contracts safely, and paying standard security deposits directly to landholders.
4. Disputes, Payments and Termination
Payments made towards premium boosters or listing slots are processed via safe dynamic gateway protocols. Booster fees are non-refundable unless there was a system error. ApnaPG does not arbitrate standard dispute settlements during move-outs. We maintain listings under standard community checks and hold rights to turn down listings that raise safety red flags.
